I attended a free chicken seminar at Knisley's when I wanted to start my own flock. It lasted about 2 hours and they brought in a local farmer and a local show bird person. They provided details on just about every topic you could think of. They were honest with bird quality, life spans and feeding them. They even had a Purina representative there for other questions. It was obvious they wanted you to use Purina feed, but they did not shy away from questions about other brands of feeds. I felt that they represented themselves honestly and didn't dismiss other brands of food or other chick sellers in the area.

Because of this I trust them with my chicken needs. The feed the sell is priced comparable with other places in the area. They also sell things I need for my rabbit and to keep my coop in tip top shape.

I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been purchasing Purina horse feed from Knisely's for nine years now and have never had a bad experience. The feed is always fresh, the employees and owners are always extremely personable and knowledgeable, the store is well organized, and prices are competitive.

I love the family atmosphere and the fact that they appreciate the customers. I attended my fifth HOW workshop the other night and, as always, the presentations were terrific and I came home with some goodies to share with all of my "boys."

I will be switching my senior horse from regular Purina Senior to Purina Senior Active after all of the information learned last night.

I attended the feed seminar the other night. What an awesome event! I feel like I learned a great deal in a very short amount of time. Alyssa, JoAnn, the presenters and all the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

I get all of my pets food from them including Horse, Dog, and Cat. If you have any questions just ask anyone at the store, they all know what they are talking about and they are always friendly.

Great people....I have been a customer of theirs since I was in 4 H....30+years.....very knowledgeable staff ! if you have a question about how to feed any kind of animal, this is the place to go.
